MCP

Connect a client

Point any MCP client at https://api.lirovo.ai/mcp over Streamable HTTP. OAuth runs on first connect. After that, the agent has all 14 Lirovo tools.

Add the server#

Register Lirovo in your client's MCP server config. The only field that matters is the URL: https://api.lirovo.ai/mcp.

  "mcpServers": {
    "lirovo": {
      "url": "https://api.lirovo.ai/mcp"
    }
  }
}
OAuth on first connect
When the client connects for the first time, it walks the OAuth 2.1 flow (with PKCE) in your browser. Approve the grant and the client stores the token. Subsequent connects reuse it. There is no API key or static bearer token to paste for MCP.

Supported clients#

Any MCP client that speaks Streamable HTTP works: Claude Desktop, IDE agents (for example Cursor or other editors with MCP support), and your own custom clients built on an MCP SDK. The config shape is the same everywhere, an entry under mcpServerspointing at the URL. Some clients expose this as a JSON file you edit directly; others have an "add server" dialog where you paste the URL.

Verify the connection
Once connected, ask the agent to list its tools. You should see extract, get_job, get_graph, and the rest of the 14-tool surface. If they do not appear, re-run the OAuth flow and confirm the URL has no trailing path.
